5- Appointment and Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to our Cancellation Policy. We value your time and strive to provide timely care to all of our patients. To help us do so, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This fee applies to missed appointments (“no-shows”) as well.
  • The cancellation fee is the patient’s responsibility.
  • There are no refunds for services rendered. Refunds for cancellations on a pre-paid product and/or service will be considered on a case by case basis. 
  • We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you believe you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • Packages and memberships expire 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise explicitly stated.
